COMET VISIT IN MAY

Plane To Come To Harewood (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 19. The third Comet to visit New Zealand will arrive at Ohakea on May 2 for a seven-day stay. A New Zealander, Air Marshal Sir Andrew McKee, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Air Force Transport Command, will bring the Comet from England. As yet only brief details are known about the aircraft's visit. It wiH stay at Ohakea for two days before flying to Hare wood. It is understood that the Comet will fly over some main South Island centres. The Comet will leave Harewood for Australia on May 9. When Air Marshal McKee visited New Zealand last year he said he hoped to bring a Comet out to this country. He will make the visit as a guest of the- Government.
