EAST COAST AIR SERVICE
USE OF TOPDRESSING AIRSTRIPS (New Zealand Press Association) GISBORNE, January 17. An air freight and passenger service along the East Coast, and from Gisborne to other parts of New Zealand, may be instituted within the next three months. An application for an unscheduled service has been made to the Air Licensing Authority. The applicant is a senior pilot in a top-dressing firm who proposes to employ a Cessna fourseater aircraft and to operate from topdressing airstrips.
