Withdrawal By Israel
(Rec. 9 p.m.) NEW YORK. Dec. 22. Israel would withdraw her troops beyond El Arish after the first week in January, and pull out of Egypt altogether at an unstated date, Mr Dar Hammarskjold, the United Nations Secretary-General, told the General Assembly last night.
