TWO MOTOR-CYCLISTS INJURED
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, December 23. Two youths were injured when their motor-cycle struck the flood control bridge near Taupo about 10 a.m. today. Donald Willis, aged 17, of Waiwhetu road. Lower Hutt, the driver, suffered a compound fracture of the thigh and shock.
The passenger, Gavin Buckley, aged 18, of Waione street, Petone, suffered a fracture of the thigh and lacerations to a knee. The condition of both youths tonight was satisfactory.
