MR L. P. MCMANEMIN RESIGNS
(Neto Zeaiano Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 21. Mr L. P. McManemin, of Auckland, has resigned from his position as stipendiary steward for the New Zealand Racing Conference.
The resignation, which has been accepted by the executive committee of the conference, takes effect on January 31 ’Mr McManemin, formerly a racing journalist in Auckland, and later a trainer at Takanini, was appointed a stipendiary steward two years ago. At first he was in the Auckland district, but he has lately been on meetings in the Taranaki, Wanganui, and Manawatu districts.
