MR JUSTICE TYNDALL
1.L.0. ASSIGNMENT IN BOLIVIA ABSENCE FROM N.Z. FOR TWO MONTHS (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, December 21. Mr Justice Tyndall, Judge of the Court of Arbitration. left New Zealand today to undertake a mission for the International Labour Office on wage fixation in Bolivia. He expects to be away from New Zealand for about two months. The Minister of Labour (Mr W. Sullivan) said today that, when the Court of Arbitration resumed in February after the summer recess, the additional Judge of the Court, Judge Stilwell, would be available to deal with any matters which the parties might desire to have settled urgently.
