MASKED HOLD-UP AND THEFT
19-YEAR-OED YOUTH FINED £2O (New Zealand. Press Association) NAPIER. December 21. A 19-year-old Napier workman who, with another youth, stole £2 from a man in a masked hold-up in Hastings on December 8, was this morning fined £2O in the Napier Magistrate's Court. He is William Voice, of Napier. With Lawrence Rongatoa Riki Hawkins, aged 20, a tractor driver, of Fernhill, he was convicted in the Hastings Magistrate’s Court last Tuesday and remanded to Napier for sentence. Hawkins was again remanded this morning until Monday.
