INVITATION TO VISIT RUSSIA
CHANCELLOR OF N.Z. UNIVERSITY “The Press" Special Service WELLINGTON. July 5. Sir David Smith, Chancellor of the University of New Zealand, and two professors of the university are believed to have accepted an invitation Dy the Soviet Government to visit Russia, probably later this year. An announcement by the Soviet Charge d’Affaires in Wellington (Mr K. A. Efremov) is expected in a 1 few days. Asked to comment on the report. Sir David Smith declined.
