Benefits of Dried Milk Physical changes are already discernible in Indian orphans brought up on dried milk, instead of on the usual Indian diet which includes no milk or only “egg-shell blue” buffalo milk, says a letter received by CORSO from the Oxford Mission, Barisha. “The children come to us in a deplorable state. But we send them out as young men who are physically quite different from previous generations. Even their bones are bigger,” says the letter.
