PLANE SERVICE TO AMERICAN SAMOA
START OF SCHEDULE FLIGHTS

AUCKLAND. January 4. Pan American Airways’ new service to American Samoa will begin on January 24. To be flown once a month from Nandi to link iwith the airline's established services, the Samoan flight will be restricted in the interim to passengers flying to Honolulu or the American coast.
The company has made nonscheduled flights to Samoa for five months.
