RUSSIANS’ ROWING SUCCESSES
(Rec. 11 p.m.) GHENT, August 28. Russian oarsmen, with three victories and one second, dominated the finals of the European rowing championships today.
Russia entered for all seven events, reached four finals, won the double sculls, eights, coxswainless pairs, and was second in the single sculls.
