INDECENT LANGUAGE - KLUEG&D
Dan Lingard, aged 55,’ a bus drivar, pleaded not guilty in the Supreme Court last evenjng to a charge that on May 11 he used indecent language in Halsey street, New Brighton, in the hearing Gt two girls. The jury was empanelled and the hearing was adjourned to this morning. Mr Justice Adams allowed Lingard bail of £5O and one surety of £5O. The Crown Prosecutor (Mr A. W. Brown) is appearing for the Crown, and Lingard is represented by Mr 3. G, Leggat.
