Frost of 20.6 Degrees.— Hastings. Havelock North, and Napier had their heaviest frosts of the year on Saturday morning. Recordings in Hastings and Havelock North were ISdeg and 20.6 deg. respectively. The heaviest frost ever recorded in Hastings, 18deg was in July, 1936, and the -Havelock record of 21.3 deg. was set last year. Napier’s reading on Saturday was 11.3deg.—(P.A.)
