TABLE TENNIS ASSOCIATION
OFFICERS ELECTED At the annual meeting of the Canbury Table Tennis Association last evening, officers elected were:— Patron, Sir Ernest Andrews; president, Mr A. B. McCallum; immediate past president and vice-president, Mr F. H. G. Johnstone; secretary, Mr J. J. Dunne; assistant secretary, Mr R. G. Hart; treasurer, Mr T. P. Staples; committee, Messrs P. A. Williamson, E. D. Kwok, D. Fisher, C. A. Clarke; N. W. McGillivray, A. J. Ascott, Miss M. Thomson, and Mrs B. A. Dunne; senior selectors, Messrs R. G. Hart, P. A. Williamson, and Miss M. Thomson; lower grades selector, Messrs F. H. G. Johnstone, A. J. Ascott, and J. J. Dunne. Opening night was fixed for May 12, and it was decided that competitions should begin on May 16.
