“Impressive Total” In March (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) PARIS, April 18. Britain, France and Belgium all had impressive monthly credits in the European Payments Union in March, according to figures released in Paris today. Belgium led the creditors with 27,000,000 dollars, followed by France with 26,200,000 dollars, and Britain with 25,800,000 dollars.
Germany, in the past one of the heaviest creditors, had a March credit of only 9,300,000 dollars. For the second consecutive month Italy was the heaviest monthly debtor, with a deficit of 31,700,000 dollars.
