Czech Skater Goes Over To West
(Rec. 8 p.m.) VIENNA, February 21. A Czechoslovak woman ice skater who took part in the world figure skating championships in Vienna last week was reported today by the Socialist evening newspaper, “Weltpresse.” to have defected to the West. Mirlova Nachodska, who came eighteenth in the women’s championship out of 21 competitors, left the hotel where the Czech team were staying, with her bags, on Saturday and did not return, “Weltpresse” said.
The rest of the team returned to Prague yesterday, without her.
