1000 GUESTS AT PALACE
(Rec. 11.30 n.m.) LONDON, Nov. 5. More than 1000 guests, with guttering diamonds and orders of chivalry attended the Queen’s: presentation party for the diplomatic corps at Buckingham Palace last, night. State apartments were aglow with finery as 800 diplomats from 75 countries with wives and daughters were presented to the Queen at what has become the Palace party of the year. The Queen was a dazzling figure in white and silver .lace, and wore the kingfisher blue riband of the Order of the Garter, with a diamond and .emerald tiara necklace,
