Four-Power Talks Predicted
(Rec. 11 pan.) LONDON, November 4. The “Daily Mail” today put a banner headline on a forecast that Britain, the United States and France will agree to a top-level meeting with the Russians early In the New Year. The paper’s diplomatic oarrespondent said the views in Western capitals- was that the meeting should be held as soon as possible after Parliamentary ratification of the London and Paris agreements on arming West Germany. >■ The correspondent said it was hoped that Sir Winston Churchill, President Eisenhower, Mr MendesFrance, and Mr Malenkov would discuss disarmament, proposals for banning nuclear weapons, and the reunification of Germany.
