Pigeon Bay Property Sold.—A farm of about 120 acres, at the head of Little Pigeon Bay, was sold at auction at. Duvauchelle Bay for £53 an acre. Included on the fprm are a house, shed and shearing shed. A big crowd attended. The bidding opened at £4O an acre, and the price went up quickly with bids of £2 10s, £l, and finally 10s.
