Staff Officers To Hold Talks (Rec. 11 p.m.) SEOUL, November 6. The Communist negotiators today agreed to the Allied proposal to continue the discussions, for the Korean political conference on a lower level than the present two full delegations. The North Korean delegate (Mr Ki Sok Bok), who announced Communist acceptance of staff officer discussions, said the plenary sessions must still have responsibility for the agenda. He added that the Communists reserved the right to take the lower-level. discussions back to the plenary sessions.

Agreement on staff officer-level discussions came at the eleventh meeting of the Allied and Communist negotiators, who had reached a deadlock on the time, place -and composition of the proposed political conference.
