AMBULANCE UNIT FOR KOREA

(Rec. 8 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 7. The West German Chancellor, Dr. Adenauer, today offered to send a fully-equipped field hospital unit to Korea. . . .. .. He made the offer to send the unit, which could assist in the care of sick and wounded United Nations prisoners of war freed by the Communists, to President Eisenhower. Mr Eisenhower accepted the. offer “with deep gratitude."
