INTERSECTIONS

Sir, —May I. through you, put forward a suggestion to the City Council regarding intersections. In order to guard against any possible accidents in the future at intersections, why not erect at each corner lamp standard or telegraph pole an unbreakable mirror in such a position as to enable the approaching motorist to see what traffic is approaching from his right-hand side and on his left also. This would greatly help motorists at bad intersections not controlled by traffic lights, and would be one means of helping road safety.— i Yours, etc.,

JOHN C. WILSON. November 11, 1952.
