SETBACK FOR REV FILLED JOINT WILL MEAN LOSS OF WORK "Ttie Press" Special Service „ WELLINGTON, March 3. Rev, one of the fancied candidates for the Autumn Handicap, two miles, the first leg of the double at Trentham this week, suffered an extensive rope burn on a hind leg when he fouled a rope at Masterton on Friday. This was the reason why Rev did not race in the James Memorial Handicap on Saturday, but he was given an easy gallop during the afternoon. To-day his joint had filled. This may not prevent him from racing on Saturday, but it wiU mean that ne will miss some work at a crucial stage of his preparation. Rev has not raced since he won the Summer Handicap at Trentham in January.
