ATLANTIC PACT DELIVERIES
ALLEGED PLANS BY COMMUNISTS LONDON, August 31. Communist action ’ committees have chosen six big West European ports as targets for a new attempt to disrupt Atlantic Pact deliveries this autumn, according to a report issued to-day to trade unions. The ports named are Hamburg, Rotterdam. Antwerp, Marseilles, Naples, and Genoa. The International Transport Workers' Federation, which is anti-Communist, stated in a circular to trade unions that it had information indicating a Slanned Communist "comeback’’ in uropean ports. The federation is confident that its central vigilance committee, which concentrates on Scandinavia and the Baltic, the North Sea, and the Atlantic coast, will be able to thwart any new Communist move*
