JAPANESE GOODS

Sir,—May I remind “No Japanese” that he has a short memory. A few weeks before the Labour Government went out of power it ordered £500,000 worth of Japanese goods, which the National Government had to pay for. Probably some of the goods “No Japanese” complains about may be a legacy from the Labour Government. —Yours, etc.. LONG MEMORY. August 30. 1951.
