WAIHORA GUN CLUB’S SHOOT
Showers and a strong wind made conditions difficult for a clay target shoot hold by the Walhora Gun Club at Mptukarara. Tne day’s shooting was of three matches. The first match, a five-target sweep, Was divided between E. Bearman and T. Gehbie. each with the possible. The second match was the annual shoot for the Mackenzie Cup. The conditions were 15 clay targets off handicap marks with an optional sweep. This wa<= won by L. Batchford with 14 breaks Blatdhford won first money in the optional sweep and the rest was divided between D. Watson. L. Hubbard, and J. Potts, with 13 breaks.
The final match was a 10-target sweep, E. Hammond and S. Bennett, with the possible, dividing first and second money. F. Radford and L. Blatchford, with nine »n, divided the remainder.
