ELMWOOD CLUB Trophies won during the season by members of the Elmwood Lawn Tennis Club were presented by Mrs F. E. Burrell, wife of the president of the club, at a closingday function held during the week-end. Trophies were won as follow*: Championship Events.—Men’s singles: W. A. Dickson Men’s doubles: I. H. Johnson and W. A. Dickson. Women’s singles: Miss L. Luxton. Women’s doubles: Mesdames I. F. T. Treeby end S. Austin. Mixed doubles: I. H. Johnson and Miss L. Luxton. Men’s junior singles: S. Suckling. Womens junior singles: Miss M. Falck. Handicap Events—Man’s singles: I. H. Johnson. Men’s doubles: W. A. Dickson and I. H. Johnson. Women’s singles: Miss J. Buchan. Women’s doubles: Mesdames A. Cheyne and I. Lipscombe. Mixed doubles: K. D. Purdie and Miss J. Mardon.
