Planning to return to England, after visiting Australia, New Zealana, and North America, seven weeks after he left, Mr H. A. Pitkin, director of a London publishing firm, is at present in Christchurch on business. Mr Pltkm’s firm, H. A. and W. L. Pitkin. Ltd., specialises in records of the Royal Family. During his visit to Australia and New Zealand he is making arrangements for the publication of books on the coming Royal tour. Typical of the books produced by his firm are two by the former Christchurch journalist, lan Colter, now a feature writer for the London "Daily Mail,” on Princess Margaret’s tour of Italy and on the Duke of Edinburgh. Each is of 30 pages, most of which are taken up with illustrations, and sells for 2s 6d. Another New Zealander, Miss Gwen Robyns, now lady editor of the London "Evening News,” will write the next book on Princess Marwill commemorate her 21st birthday.
