MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT RANGIORA

For breaches of the traffic regulations, penalties were imposed by Mr Rex. C. Abernethy. SM, in the Magistrate’s Court at Rangiora yesterday, as follows: Driving without due care and attention: Ernest William Stevens, 30s. Perry) from Harry Mather Hawthorne (Mr E. D. R. Smith). The company also claimed possession of a dwelling in Waikari from James Uracey McFarlane (Mr Smith). Both cases were adjourned sine die for legal argument.
