EUROPE COUNCIL MEETING
(Rec. 8 p.m.) ROME, Nov. 7. The British Under-Secretary for Foreign’ Affairs (Mr Ernest Davies) said yesterday that the Committee of Foreign Ministers of the Council of Europe had achieved concrete results at its three-day conference in Rome. He told the finance newspaper "Il Globo” that the Ministers’ approval of the European Assembly’s motion for full employment of manpower was the greatest achievement of the conference in the economic field. The Convention on Human Rights and the decision to set up a committee to study the future constitution and all functions of the Council were other concrete results.
