KILLED BY ELECTRIC SHOCK
MAN’S DEATH IN FIXING WIRELESS AERIAL (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, Nov. 6. Mr William Sawyer, aged about 21, a resident of the camp at Waikaraka Park, Onehunga, was killed by an electric shock this evening. He was on the roof of his hut fixing the aerial of his wireless when the wire became alive. Artificial respiration was applied for about half an hour at the camp by a doctor and for more than an hour at the Green Lane Hospital.
