Mr and Mrs J. C. Fraser, accompanied by their two sons (Ootacamund, Southern India), will leave Colonfbo on Saturday by the Orcades on their way to New Zealand to visit Mrs Fraser's parents, Mr and Mrs H. J. Quarrell, Opawa. They are expected to arrive in Christchurch on November 15.

Playing soundly, the young Titirangi golfer, Miss M. Hughes, defeated Miss R. C. Hodges, 2 up in the Anal of the Auckland women's provincial golf championship at the Mtddlemore course.
