TWO MORE VICTORIES (Rec. 7 p.m.) ADELAIDE. August 29. Unerring placements and skilful allround efficiency enabled the New Zealand badminton No. 1 team to gain an easy win over the less experienced South Australian team. Mrs Potts was outstanding and Hawksworth and. Mrs Hafvksworth also played well. Scores: Men’s Doubles.—Hawksworth and Baxter won, 15-3. 15-5. Women’s doub’es: Mrs Potts and Mrs Hawksworth won, 15-3, 15-3. Men’s singles: Baxter beat L. Gordon, 15-3, 15-3. Women’s sjngles: Mrs Potts won. 11-1, 11-1. Mixed doubles: Baxter and Mrs Stark won. 15-11, 15-3; Hawksworth and Mrs Stark won. 15-3. 15-1: Stark and Mrs Potts won, 15-5. 15-1; Hawksworth and Mrs Hawksworth won, 15-8, 15-3.

The team will go to Tasmania tomorrow to plav for the Whyte Trophy at Hobart on Friday and Saturday. The New Zealand No. 2 team beat Bairnsdale by nine rubbers to nil before an appreciative gallery, which was treated to a spectacular d'splay. Results, with the New Zealanders mentioned ftrsL were:—Robson beat Doyle. 15-U 15-5: Pattinson beat Brooker 15-0. 15-0; Mrs Street beat Mrs Pincott. M-3. 11-2: Miss T. Greaves beat Miss Clark, 21-3; Robson and Pattinson beat Taylor and Dean,

15-1, 15-6; Mrs Street and Mi.« Greaves beat Mrs Pincqtt and Miss Bailey, 21-8; Robson and Mitt GreivfS beat Dean and Mrs Pincott. 21-5; Robson and Miss Greaves beat Brooker and Mrs Hands. 21-10: Pattinson and Mrs Street beat Taylor and Miss Clark. 21-2. In an exhibition match Robson beat Pattinson, 21-13.
