MIDDLESEX OUT FOR 311

LONDON, August 28. Middlesex appears likely to lead the touring West Indies cricketers on ths first innings in their match at Lord’s. The last six Middlesex wickets fell this morning for 83 runs, bringing ths county’s total to 311. The West Indian batsmen struggled hard all afternoon to make runs against accurate bowling, and at stumps wers 74 runs behind with only two wickets in hand. Scores:— MIDDLESEX First Innings J. G.
