Sir.—l shall be glad if you will xmdly pub:ish the following in replv to the letter from “Taxpayer” in “The Press ’ on May 24, 1950. regarding thd Christchurch-Picton express train:— "The comment on ‘Taxpayer’s’ previous letter should have read ‘train stops as required between Waipara and Kaikoura.’ Residents between Kaikoura and Blenheim have the advantage of a bus service in'addition to the train.”— Yours, etc., W.
