Results: — First Heat.—Redwings (B. George), 2min 50sec, 33min 34sec, 1; Empire (J. Spencer), scr, 31min 40sec, 2; Moana (F. Jago), 2min sosec, 34min 36sec, 3; Tempest (B. Wall), scr, 32min 18sec. 4; Valkyrie (A. Trethewey), lmin 40sec, 36min 22sec, 5. Second Heat.—Tempest. 36m ; n 34sec, 1; Lark (F. W. Grey). 4min 50sec, 41min 41sec, 2; Empire, 40min 59sec, 3; Melva (A. Douglas), 6min 30sec, 50min 4sec, 4; Redwings, 47min lOscc, 5. Points gained were: Tempest 10. Red- [ wings 9, Empire 8, Lark 5, Melva 2.
