SUNDAY TRAINS
Sir,—Regarding Sunday trains, “Britisher’ can rest assured that the district traffic manager of the Railway Department does not do anything wrong on Sundays; He is a man of wisdom; otherwise, he would not be holding such a high position. We’ are allowed to do works of necessity and mercy on Sundays. That was what was done on May 21. It would be too stupid for words to have a train running without a load.—Yours, etc., MILLICENT C. MARSHALL. May 26, 1950.
