OFFICE SAFE FORCED OPEN
When the premises of Tudor Hosiery. Ltd., at 351 Selwyn street, were broken into during the weekend a small safe in the office was forced open and £8 in money stolen. The thieves used tools, taken from the workroom, to force the safe and left these behind in a badly damaged condition. Cheques for a considerable amount and not negotiable were not touched.
