IMPORT SCHEDULE CHANGES
The following changes to the import licensing schedule have been announced by the Customs Department:— Collars.—The existing allocation of dressed linen (stiff) collars from the United Kingdom and other British sterling sources is increased to 150 per cent, of 1947 licences. The same licences will also be available for imports of semi-stiff collars. Women’s Stockings.—The existing allocation of full-length women’s stockings, other than those of cotton, silk, and/or artificial silk, has been increased to A 100 per cent. 1948. Paper Patterns.—The existing allocation of paper patterns from the United Kingdom and other British sterling sources is amended to 100 per cent, of 1948 licences.
