Berlel (N.Z.) Dividend.—Berlei (N.Z.), Ltd., has announced an unchanged interim dividend of 4Jd a share, equal to 7J per cqnt. on the 5s shares, payable forthwith. Total distribution last year was 174 per cent., unchanged. Carlton Brewery.—Carlton Brewery, Ltd., Melbourne, is paying an unchanged interim dividend of 5£ per cent, on August 31, ex July 27. Total distribution last year was 11J per cent. The current payment represents £4 8s 4d per cent, to New Zealand investors.
