LONDON WOOL SALES
The produce department of the Bank of New Zealand has received the following advice from its London office, dated July 15:— “The wool sales continue, with competition brisk, chiefly due to orders in the market from Germany and Central Europe. For greasy halfbred some extreme prices are being paid; greasy medium crossbred is firm: scoured crossbred, firm; slipe, some irregularity, with fine crossbred and three-quarterbred lambs showing an easier tendency.”
