RADAR DEFENCES OF NORTH AMERICA
CANADA AND U.S. TO COMBINE (Rec. 8 p.m). OTTAWA, February 23. Canada and the United States nave agreed to tie together their radar warning networks to prbtect strategic points in North America. Canada will bear the cost of its own programme, which is designed to protect key cities and targets.
