WOMEN’S TEST SERIES WON BY AUSTRALIA
(Rec. 12.30 a.m.) SYDNEY. Feb. 22. The third and final women’s cricket test between England and Australia was drawn, so that Australia has won the series. In a fighting innings the English captain. Molly Hide, scored 127 not out. Scores:—England, first innings. 172; second innings. 205 for four wickets (Hide not out 127, Robinson 30). Australia, first innings, 272. The Englishwomen leave for New Zealand by the Wanganella on Thursday.
