AUCKLAND UNIVERSITY POST
(P.A.) AUCKLAND. July 19. The new post of principal of the Auckland University College a salary of £2OOO a year has attracted applications from a number of well qualified men in Britain. Mr A. H. Johnstone, K.C.. a member of the college council, and Professor Anderson are now in England interviewing the applicants The advice of Sir David Smith, Chancellor of the New Zealand University. may also be sought while he is in Britain.
