LIFE BOY SPORTS HELD
The Canterbury and South Canterbury Ljfe Boy (junior reserve of the Boys’ Brigade) organisation held its annual sp^* 13 day at Sydenham Park on Saturday. The Life Boy Sports Cup was won by the Temuka team. More than 100 boys took part in the sports. Results of the finals were as follows:—7s yards, under 10: Union Street A 1. Ashburton 2. Union Street B 3. 100 yards, under 11: Rugby Street 1. Lincoln Road 2, Ashburton 3. 100 yards, under 12: Temuka 1 and 2, Sydenham 3. Wheel relay: Temuka 1, Sydenham A 2, Lincoln Road 3. Tunnel ball: Union Street A 1, North New; Brighton 2. Lincoln Road 3. Baton relay:• Temuka 1. Sydenham A 2, Union Street B 3. Wheelbarrow race: Temuka 1. Syd-; enham A 2. Lincoln Road 3. Dribbling! race: Union Street A 1. Selwyn Street B' 2 Sydenham A 3. Potato race: Temuka 1, Sydenham A 2. Selwyn 3. Long disfarce rare- Temuka 1. 2. and 3 !
