LORD MONTGOMERY’S VISIT
Sir,—Mr Dennis could not deny that killing is inseparable from lust and pleasure, be it in the home or licensed by a military uniform. This is by no means a Japanese peculiarity. He also says, “We were prepared for warfare.” but our statesmen, politicians, press, etc., have all declared we were not. Who is correct? I ask the New Zealand mothers; save the children. Tell the Government and the world that you do not want children to be brought up as potential targets for improved Bikinis, here or elsewhere. I thank Lord Montgomery for that lesson that conscrintion does not improve character. That is only half the truth. Anatole France said. “Armies are schools for crime.”—Yours, etc., „ , LOVE THY ALLY.
