OBITUARY
MR O. A. BANNER (P.A.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Jan. 23. Mr O. A. Banner, headmaster of the Kelburn Normal School, Wellington, collapsed and died, to-day while attending the North Island section of the teachers’ national refresher course at New Plymouth. Mr Banner was a past president of the New Zealand Educational Institute, and a member of the Victoria University College Council. He is survived by his wife, four sons, and a daughter.
