Four Games To Be Played TEST MATCH IN CHRISTCHURCH The M.C.C. team will tour New Zealand after the conclusion of the fifth test match in Sydney and will play four three-day matches.’ This' was announced yesterday by Mr E. E. Luttrell, secretary to the New Zealand Cricket Council. The manager of the English team (Major R. Howard) has advised the council that he has approved the programme set out below, which was one of several submitted to him. The party will consist of Major Howard and 13 of the players at present in Australia. The itinerary is as follows: March 10, 11, 12, v. Wellington. March 15, 17, 18, v. Otago. March 21, 22, 24, v New Zealand, at Christchurch. March 27, 28, 29, v. Auckland. It is presumed that the team will travel to New Zealand by air, as the last test, if restricted to six days, will conclude on March 6, and the first match in New Zealand will begin four days later.
