TITOKI DELAYED AT WESTPORT

The s.s. Titoki, which has been loaded and ready to sail from Westport for Tarakohe with coal cargo since Monday evening, is still held in port because she is two seamen short of her crew complement. Replacements have been sought locally, and also at Nelson and Wellington, without success. The Westport agents of the Anchor Shipping Company, to whom the Titoki belongs, could give no definite information yesterday when the vessel would be fully manned.
