'*-.■ The transfer of 157 .Gloucester street to John Tredrea was approved, providing the price was reduced front £I9OO to £1825. The sale ot 157 A Gloucester street to the same purchaser was approved at' £I6OO, a reduction of £l5O. ---. :■ Two shops in New Regent street were transferred to.C. Walden and J. H. Leigh respectively, the price in each case being reduced from £1750 to £1625;
